Spacious group tent at the edge of the forest, overlooking the meadows
Welcome to the Ark! Our large group tent is set on a wooden deck at the edge of the forest and is a comfortable base for families and groups of friends who want to enjoy the outdoors together.
Planning a getaway with friends or a small family? Then the sturdy Ark is the perfect hangout. Tucked away at the edge of the campsite, you’ll enjoy plenty of privacy and wide views over the surrounding fields. Inside the Ark you’ll find four bunk beds, a spacious sofa, and a table for working or playing games together.
The light-coloured beds come with thick mattresses, an electric blanket for colder nights, an extra wool blanket, and a wonderfully fluffy duvet. During autumn evenings, we are happy to light the original Norwegian wood-burning stove for you.
After a good night’s sleep, grab your (study) book and a cup of coffee from the outdoor kitchen and settle down on the spacious veranda, overlooking the meadows. The compost toilets, generous showers, and the outdoor kitchen are all within walking distance of the tent.
Also available as a dorm
In addition to exclusive use as a group tent, the Ark can also be booked as a dorm. In that case, you book a single bed in a shared sleeping area. Perfect for solo travellers or friends looking for an affordable stay and who enjoy sharing the space with other guests.
Extra beds
Up to 2 extra beds can be added to this accommodation for an additional fee of per bed. This makes the Ark suitable for up to 10 guests in total. Extra beds can be added during the booking process.
