Each morning we serve an artisanal breakfast, carefully composed using ingredients from our own kitchen and, whenever possible, from our garden. On the table you will find our homemade sourdough bread, kaiser rolls and flaky croissants, accompanied by a soft-boiled egg with a cosy egg-warmer and freshly pressed juice. We offer a selection of sweet spreads, including homemade jams from our garden, peanut butter, chocolate sprinkles and honey.
In addition, we serve a variety of cheeses, homemade yoghurt, breakfast cereals, milk and seasonal fruit, sourced from our garden whenever available. Everything is presented with care and finished with greenery and flowers from the grounds.
For larger groups, breakfast is served as a buffet. Naturally, we provide freshly brewed coffee, cappuccino and a carefully selected range of teas. Plant-based milk alternatives are available for cappuccinos.
On weekdays, breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10:00 am; on weekends from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. As all breakfasts are prepared fresh and per party, we work with half-hour start times.
Our standard breakfast is vegetarian. Should you wish to add meat, or if you have dietary requirements or allergies, please inform our host in advance.
For vegan guests, we offer a specially curated vegan breakfast featuring our homemade vegan egg “no-egg”, chia pudding, a vegan croissant, homemade hummus and a small garden salad.
Our sourdough bread is suitable for gluten-free eaters. For guests with coeliac disease, we additionally serve fully gluten-free bread.
The breakfast price is € 21 per person for guests aged 12 and over.
For children aged 4–11, the price is € 12,50.
For toddlers up to 3 years old, € 4.
If a full breakfast feels too generous, individual breakfast items can also be ordered.
